Hey there! Just a heads up – between July 18th and September 8th, 2024, the route for our running tour in Paris will be adjusted due to the Olympic and Paralympic Games taking place in the city. We won’t be able to swing by the Eiffel Tower or some other central Paris landmarks as they’ll be closed off for the Games. But don’t worry, we’ve got some exciting alternatives lined up!
Instead of our usual stops, we’ll be checking out places like the City Hall, Georges Pompidou Center, Les Halles, the Royal Palace, Vendôme Square, and the Opera Garnier. Then, we’ll make our way to Montmartre, a vibrant artistic quarter home to the famous Moulin Rouge. At the top of Montmartre hill, we’ll soak in breathtaking views of Paris from the Sacré-Coeur Basilica before looping back to the City Hall.
And here’s the scoop on our new meeting point during this period – we’ll gather by the Hotel de Ville metro station, right across from Paris City Hall on Rivoli Street. Can’t wait to explore Paris with you in this exciting time!
